A. Vincent Shea, was elected both Professor Emeritus of Government and Foreign Affairs and Vice President for Business and Finance Emeritus. During his tenure he held numerous university positions including: Comptroller; Secretary to the Board of Visitors; Acting Director, Institute of Government; and, Acting Chairman, Department of Government and Foreign Affairs among others.
