Colonel, May 16, 1917; Colonel, June 24, 1928; commissioned as Colonel, Medical Corps, U.S. Army, 1918-1920; served in Manila, 1903-1905; Schofield Barracks, 1908-1911; Director, Veterinary Corps, 1918-1922; assigned surgeon Harbor Defenses Manila, 1922; attached to Japanese Relief Mission, 1922-1923; 1st Corps in Boston, 1923-1926; post surgeon, Jefferson Barracks, Mo. 1928-1931; post surgeon, Ft. Benning, Ga., 1931-1934; retired after 32 yrs. service. Sept. 30, 1934.
