Otter Creek, North Dakota.
On June 17, 1820 at the court house a meeting was held by some residents of the Pendleton District who wished to establish an Episcopal church. Five vestry men were elected. In 1822 a building was completed. It was consecrated on November 23, 1823. The church located on East Queen Street in Pendleton, has been dormant since 1964. John C. Calhoun and Thomas Clemson were members of St. Pauls.
