Biographical History

The Douglas Cup, a small silver loving cup, was a trophy for the Oklahoma Intercollegiate Athletic Association meet between Oklahoma A & M College and the University of Oklahoma. OAMC was the first team to win the meet three times (1900-1902) and became the permanent owners. House, a member of the class of 1903 and of all three victorious teams, presented the cup to the Alumni Association in 1961.
