Biographical History
Logan, Utah furniture business established by A.G. Lundstrom in 1901.
The Lundstrom Furniture Company was established in 1901 by Andrew G. Lundstrom in co-partnership with Logan businessman John Spande. Others involved in the business with Lunstrom were: W.W. Maughn, vice president; John A. Carlson, secretary and treasurer; and J.N. Larson and Lehi Olson. The business was successful and made A.G. Lundstrom a prominent member of the Logan business community. He became involved in politics and served as the mayor of Logan during the years 1926-1940. The furniture company closed in 1984.
Around 1908, Lundstrom's opened a branch store in Preston, Idaho. This store was managed by Lundstrom's nephew, Carl Carlson. Carlson later bought the Preston store and it became the C.H.
