Physicist and engineer (electricity, chemistry). On the physics faculty at University of Sydney, 1886-1898; industrial researcher, Albright & Wilson, Birmingham from 1899; member Advisory Council on Scientific and Industrial Research, 1916-1926; and first director, Chemical Research Laboratory, Teddington.
Physicist and chemical engineer. Threlfall (1861-1932) was Professor of Physics, University of Sydney, Australia 1886-1898 and was later scientific advisor for Albright & Wilson Co., Birmingham, England, 1898-1932.
