Biographical History

Henry William Miller (1807-1885) married Elmira Pond Miller in 1831. The couple was baptized into the Mormon Church in 1838. Henry was called to preside over the Church's Cherokee Mission in 1855. He was later released from his mission in 1856 on account of his poor health. After returning to the Cherokee Nation to finish his affairs he returned home to his family in Farmington, Utah.
