The Missouri Fur Company was established in 1812 in Saint Louis, Mo., as a reorganization of the St. Louis Missouri Fur Company. The company trapped fur in the northern Rocky Mountains. Reorganized in 1814, 1817, and 1819, it ceased doing business in 1825.
