Whaling vessel; out of New Bedford, Mass., mastered by Sylvanus C. Waldron, on voyage from 28 May 1872-19 Oct. 1875; owner-agent: Loum Snow & Son; built at Baltimore, Md., 1830.
Whaling vessel, out of New Bedford, Mass., mastered by Sylvanus C. Waldron who left vessel at Fayal because of illness June 1872, William B. Ellis, first mate, and later Isaac Howland through remainder of voyage, owned by Loum Snow & Son, on voyage 28 May 1872 to 19 Oct. 1875; generally spoken of as the "Little Ohio" to distinguish from ship Ohio; built Baltimore, Md., 1830.
