Whaling vessel; out of New Bedford, Mass.; mastered by Thomas B. Hathaway, on voyage from 2 Nov. 1865-1 May 1869; owner-agent: Edmund Maxfield; built at Rochester, Mass., in 1840; sold to New London, Conn., and converted to bark, 1864; added to New Bedford fleet, 1865.
