Butler, Richard Harte Keatings, 1870-1935
Variant namesRichard Harte Keatings Butler (1870-1935), British staff officer and military commander, served on the staff of Commander-in-Chief Douglas Haig during World War I in several positions: Brigadier-General General Staff, I Corps; Major-General General Staff, 1st Army; and Deputy Chief of General Staff. Near the end of the War he took command of III Corps.
