Winwood, Ralph, Sir, 1563?-1617
Variant namesRalph Winwood held the post of English resident at The Hague from July 1603 until March 1614, although he returned to England in September 1613. Sir Henry Wotton was the ambassador-extraordinary to the Dutch republic from 1614 to 1615.
