Francoeur, Robert T.

He received a B.A. degree from Sacred Heart College, an M.A. from St. Vincent College, an M.S. from the University of Detroit and a Ph.D. from the University of Delaware. Dr. Francoeur's scholarly interests range from theology, evolution and Teilhard de Chardin to bioethics, human sexuality, and the social implications of reproductive technologies. He is the author of numerous publications and has edited or contributed to many more. A former Roman Catholic priest, Francoeur has been married to Anna Kotlarchyk since 1966 and they have two daughters. He has been on the faculty of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, N.J., since 1965.
