Wheeler, Frederick, Sir, 1914-1994
Variant namesSir Frederick Wheeler had a distinguished career as a public servant, serving as Chairman of the Commonwealth Public Service Board (1960-71) and Secretary to the Commonwealth Treasury (1971-79). From 1953-60, Wheeler was Treasurer-comptroller of the International Labour Office in Geneva.
