Physician, mayor of Falmouth, Ky.
Born in Falmouth, Ky., J.E. Wilson graduated from Ohio Medical College in 1888. He returned to Falmouth where he practiced medicine for over 50 years. Besides his medical work, Wilson was an active civic leader, serving as councilman and as mayor of Falmouth from 1921 to 1937. He helped establish the water works and electrical light system in Falmouth. Wilson also served as Pendleton County Health Officer.
