Robertson, H. W.
Variant namesHarry Robertson contributed to the development of the Australian Folk Movement as a singer, songwriter, poet and activist. He was born in Scotland and emigrated to Australia in 1952. He was instrumental in setting up the Moreton Bay Folk Festival in 1969, and later acted as an adviser in the establishment of the Maleny/Woodford Folk Festival.
