Frederick W. Hall was born to Dr. and Mrs. Frank J. Hall and received his M.D. degree from the University of Kansas. Prior to World War II, he practiced medicine with the Snyder-Jones Clinic in Winfield, Kan. Hall entered active military service in 1942 as a medical officer with the rank of Captain. While not a member of the 10th Mountain Division, he was stationed at Camp Hale, Colo. and later became the head of the Internal Medicine Section of the U.S. Army Station Hospital in England. Hall died in Okla. in 1948.
