Bahr, Howard, 1946-
Variant namesBorn in 1946 in Meridian, Miss., Howard Bahr graduated from and taught at the University of Mississippi. He served as curator of William Faulkner's home, Rowan Oak, before moving to Tennessee. In more recent years, Bahr has written adult fiction about the Civil War.
