Wu, Tingfang, 1842-1922
Variant namesWu Ting Fang (Wu Tingfang), also referred to as Ng Choy. Chinese diplomat and politician, served as Minister to the United States from 1896-1902, 1907-1909, and as acting Premier of the Republic of China in 1917.
