Key, Alexander, 1904-1979
Variant namesAmerican children's author/illustrator, born in La Plata, Maryland in 1904. He is well-known for his Escape to Witch Mountain and Return to Witch Mountain which were made into Walt Disney films. He wrote many thought-provoking, absorbing stories for children described as science fiction, fantasy morality myths, and true nature mysteries.
