Lewis Fry Richardson (1881-1953), physicist and meteorologist, attended King's College, Cambridge, 1900-03. He worked at the National Physical Laboratory, 1903-05 and 1908-09; the Meteorological Office, Benson, Oxfordshire, 1919-20; and the Physics Department of Westminster Training College, 1920-29; and was Principal of the Paisley College of Technology and School of Art, 1929-40.
