Francis Asbury Roe (1827-1901) was a United States Naval officer, 1841-1885, who served on the U.S.S. Sassacus during the Civil War.

Francis Asbury Roe, 1823-1901, naval officer, attained the rank of Rear Admiral; during the Battle of New Orleans in his own words Roe was "an officer of the leading ship of the starboard column of Farragut's fleet."
