Kaye, Marilyn
Variant namesMarilyn Kaye (Shannon Blair) was born July 19, 1949 in New Britain, Connecticut. She began a career in library science, but has also become a prolific author of books for children of all ages. She has written many series, including Teen Romances, Out of This World, Sisters, Camp Sunnyside Friends, Three of a Kind, Video High, After-School Club, Teammates, and Replica. The Replica series involves a young girl who discovers she is one of many identical clones produced in a government experiment. Many of her works are written under the pseudonym Shannon Blair. Her writings have won several awards.
