McMorris, C. H. (Charles Horatio), 1890-1954
Variant namesCharles Horatio McMorris was born August 31, 1890, in Wetumpka, Alabama. He graduated from the U. S. Naval Academy in Annapolis in 1912 and received his commission in 1914. He achieved the rank of rear admiral in May 1942, and vice admiral in September 1944. McMorris died on February 11, 1954.
