Wooton, E. O. (Elmer Ottis), 1865-1945
Variant namesEarly professor of the sciences at the New Mexico College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Wooton was the college's field entomologist, teaching botany, geology and physics. In 1910 he accepted a position with the National Herbarium in Washington, D.C.
