Parrish, Isaac, 1804-1860
Variant namesIsaac Parrish was born in Belmont County, Ohio, but moved to Guernsey County and became a lawyer. He was elected as prosecuting attorney of Guernsey County in 1833, and then elected to the Ohio House of Representatives in 1837. He served in the U.S. Congress from 1839 to 1841, and again from 1845 to 1847.
