Shannon, David, 1959-....

David Shannon, the well-known author and illustrator of children's books, attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California where he graduated with a fine arts degree. He has provided the artwork for many book jackets and his editorial illustrations have appeared in the New York Times, Time and Rolling Stone.
