Parkhurst, L. D.
The cutlery manufacturing plant of L. D. Parkhurst was located in Danielson, Connecticut. According to the letterhead on his stationery, he specialized in rubber, butcher, bread, cake, kitchen, shoe, oyster, cigar, paper, banana, and putty knives and made special goods to order. In the 1940s, Parkhurst also supplied herbal remedies to individuals and grew ginseng.
