Royce, Ralph, 1890-1965
Variant namesRalph Royce (b. June 28, 1890, Marquette, Mich.-d. Aug. 7, 1965) received his commission from West Point in 1914. He was commanding general of the First Tactical Air Force in 1944 and 1945 and retired from Air Force service in 1946.
