Fingleton, Jack, 1908-
Variant namesJack Fingleton, cricketer and journalist, played 18 test matches for Australia between 1932 and 1938, including the "Bodyline" series against England. He published several cricket books, including "Cricket crisis" (1946), "Brightly fades the Don" (1949), "The Ashes crown the year" (1954), and an autobiography "Batting from memory" (1981).
