Kittredge, Walter, 1834-1905
Variant namesWalter Kittredge was born in Merrimack, N.H. in 1834 and in 1861 married Annie E. Fairfield of New Boston, N.H. He was a poet and song composer who traveled the country singing his own songs. Kittredge died in 1905. (Source: New York Times, July 9, 1905, obituary).
