Fernando Manzano Olguin (born September 14, 1961) is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. On May 14, 2012, President Barack Obama nominated Olguin to serve as a United States District Judge for the Central District to fill the vacancy created by the elevation of Judge Jacqueline Nguyen to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He received his commission on January 16, 2013.
