Zellerbach, James David, 1892-1963
Variant namesThe European Recovery Program (ERP), better known later as the Marshall Plan (1948-1952), was created to help rebuild Europe following World War II. James David Zellerbach was the Chief of the ERP mission to Italy from 1948-1950.
