Marr, J. W. S. (James William Slessor)
Variant namesCommander F. A. Wersley accompanied Shackleton on the British Trans-Antarctic Expedition, 1914-1917, and on the Shackleton-Rowett Expedition, 1921-1922. The papers were formerly in the possession of J. W. S. Marr, a member of the latter expedition.
