Bark, Petr Lʹvovich, 1869-1937
Variant namesEntered the service of the Russian Imperial government in 1892, and in 1914-17 was the last Finance Minister of the Empire. After the 1917 revolution he lived in England, where he became managing director of the Anglo-International Bank, and was knighted in 1935.
