Edit distance search. Finds names similar to the one typed. A larger number N will produce "fuzzier" results. Ex: Wash~1 will find Wash, Hash, Wast, Mash, etc.

Alfred Day Hershey (b. 1908) was the first MSU alumnus to win the Nobel Prize. He received a B.S. degree in microbiology in 1930 and a Ph. D. in chemistry in 1934. He shares the 1969 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for his work in bacteriology.
