Pennsylvania. General Assembly
On Apr. 10, 1862, the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania passed an act "for the improvement and grading of the public roads leading from Eshleman's Mill to the Long Lane" in West Lampeter Township, Lancaster County.
