Schreker, Franz, 1878-1934
Alma recounts anecdotes about Schreker in her memoir Mein Leben. His letter of 1933, written in the midst of the escalating takeover of Germany by the Nazis following their election victory, indicates that he had just visited Alma in Vienna and had sought her advice about professional possibilities.
