This sign pointing the way to Judge Isaac C. Parker's Federal courtroom is located at the corner of Rogers Avenue and South 5th Street in Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas. Parker is famous as the "Hanging Judge" who presided over his court from 1875 to 1896. At least 88 hangings took place under his jurisdiction. The courtroom was restored to historic conditions.
