The letters are handwritten or typed, by actors, playwrights, singers, composers, theatre administrators, mostly from Comédie-Française, addressed to Louis Robin. The correspondence consists of personal and business letters, postcards and telegrams. Included also are photographs of French actors (some autographed), such as Réjane's, Carmen de Raisy, Maurice de Féraudy, thank you notes, programs, newspaper clippings. The correspondents include: Jules Claretie, Justin Clérice, Cadet Coquelin, Constant Coquelin, Paulette Darty, Jeanne DeFava, Marcelle Ragon, Marthe Regnier, Samuel Rousseau, Cecil Sorel, Abel Tarride, Maguy Vama, Hector Dufranne, Edmond Got, Gabrielle Robinne, Gabriel Signoret. Included also in the collection is Maurice de Féraudy's scrapbook inscribed to Louis Robin. The scrapbook contains the actor's letters to Robin, brochures, postcards with short notes, photographs of the actor (some of which autographed) in various costumes and make up as well as a holograph poem "A une bargue" signed by de Féraudy. Included in the scrapbook are also three printed plays in which Féraudy played: "Le fruit défendu" by Camille Doucet, "Souvent homme varie" by Auguste Vacquerie and "L'amiral" by Jacques Normand.
