Biographical History

Ralph Block was born June 21, 1889. He was the general representative of the Office of War Information in India from 1942 to 1946, and the director of the General Staff, Policy and Plans Division of the International Information Administration at the U.S. Department of State from 1952 to 1953. Block was also a writer and a film producer. He died on January 2, 1974.
