The Associated Country Women of the World group was organized in June 1933 in Stockholm, Sweden. The object of the group is "to promote and maintain friendly and helpful relations between country women and homemaker associations of all nations, to further the common interests of these groups in the economic, social, and cultural spheres, and to encourage the formation of similar organizations."
